The principles of laparoscopy. The operating team was
instructed in the principles of laparoscopic surgery. Teaching methods
learned while at the Department of
Surgery at Yale University involve instruction in
the research lab prior to actual surgical cases. Everyone did well and
later took part in the successful surgeries that took place.
