Delivering targeted medical supplies, an integrated software architecture and multimodal telecommunications portal, and a company profile that can provide customization / sustainability / maintenance activities to NGO's as well as Ministries of Health caring for the medically and economically disadvantaged of the third world.

Bolivia 1998

This Phase 2 project focused on Telemedicine applications for a rural based health care system.  Advanced instructions in laparoscopic surgery also took place, building upon the laparoscopic surgery training of the Phase 1 project.  Lectures in medical waste management were also provided.   An English Medical Text Library was donated as well.
